This letter was just one sent out and where you see ____________ is where a name goes...The only names you will see is Miguel, the falsely accused, Tami, my niece and myself...

My name is Kim _____ and I am writing in regards to my best friend, Miguel Bishop. A man falsely accused by my great niece of a sexual assault. My niece,Tami _____ as well has now had to deal with CPS in Yuma County, Wray, Colorado. They took her other two children and have violated her civil rights more than once. Nearly all CPS, Police, Detectives, Guardian Ad Litem involved are in laws and out laws together. I have never seen or heard such a racist group and vile group of people that are determined to hurt not just my niece but this man Miguel, that is falsely accused by _____. _____ is my niece Tami's daughter. This took place due to _____ being molested by her 17 year old brother ______. The law in Texas was getting ready to investigate him and _____ was with her dad, __________ and step mom, ______ and was coerced into lying and thinking she would get taken from Tami and not have to worry about chores or punishment anymore out of the house. By doing this Miguel is in jail in Wray, Colorado and Tami's other children were taken out of the house.

The sad thing is, Miguel is a black man. You may say...”SO?” but Yuma County Sheriff's office and CPS said things to me such as: “What's that man got make you ladies love him and believe him over a child?” I take offense to this in the way it was spoken to me. I tried to explain, not only is _____ kin to me, but I as well as a Christian Counselor, know she has done this many times before. My reports as well as Helen Farabee (MHMR), states that _____ is a habitual liar. Her brother as well is locked up due to a lie her step mom and her set up thinking nothing would happen except ____ would live with them. I have so much to tell yet I know I need to make this letter short to keep you reading but HELP!!!! Please, HELP MIGUEL and HELP TAMI with getting these racist, hate filled people and liars accountable for their ignorance and crimes.

As well, I constantly am praying for Miguel's protection as there are continued racial remarks and harassment for being black. Even on a taped phone call this one inmate continues to call Miguel the “N” word and threatens to take action when he is in the streets. Officers at Yuma County Jail know and ignore this and make the offending guy a trustee! Help! I have so much more to say if you would call, help, pray and just get Miguel freed from this terrible nightmare that this 13 year old troubled teen has done. She has done this before with the step mom and also the step mom committed a felony against one of the my nephews that is disabled, now locked up due to lies. Also, the step mom's nephew _______ molested both my nephews and she was mad he was turned in. She said she would get even with Tami. ____ only did 7 months of a year sentence for 6 counts of molestation charges. ___ continued to come around these children. He is a registered sex offender in Scottsbluff County Nebraska.

Please help and if I can tell you anything else please call me, or go to Yuma County Jail in Wray, Colorado and visit Miguel Bishop. Even call my niece Tami and she will tell you as well a horrid story of Parental alienation and abuse and domestic violence and threats as well as lies. Tami phone number is: (970). My niece involved in this lie is over in Gering, Nebraska living in the same home as her molester. I have wrote people in the stories I am posting about a little girl that was murdered. Same people know and I began writing to the Govenor and Senators back in 2003 when my 2 nephews were molested by the step mom's nephew. He still comes around the children!!! YUMA COUNTY (WRAY< COLORADO)

Blessings to you and all that read this blog. If there is anything you can add to this blog with help in getting justice for innocent people and children due to lies and racism, please let me know. There is corruption in the system in Yuma County Colorado! There is an innocent BLACK man locked up from lies! Not because of anything other than being BLACK. From the Sheriff’s office to CPS as well as the Guardian ad litem. These people have taken children from a home where there was no neglect or abuse. There is no physical evidence with the accusations or anything. The one child that started this is with the dad and step mom. The step mom has set the 13 year old up before with lying and causing trouble, because the step mom got in trouble for stealing  SSI checks. The 13 year old is in the house with her molester and others that have records of sexual assaults! Here brother (17) is one of the molesters!! I know there is something that can be done to get Internal Affairs involved with this, as ethics have been thrown out the windows! CBI, FBI, State officials, someone needs to get involved here to see all the things that have taken place and caused an innocent man to be locked up! I will post letters I have sent out to ACLU, State Officials, Washington, FBI, CBI, and other organizations asking for HELP!!!! The letters will post later as I need to black out names at this time of minors. Please post anything you have gone through with CPS or even Yuma County Colorado or Wray, Colorado. Someone has to step up and stop these people from harming anyone else. I as well have called and left messages with news stations in Denver to get something done or have them investigate but nothing has been done as of yet.
